History

"In the late 1980's, after some 9 years working around the world with an international loss adjusting firm, I felt that there was a need for a new owner managed firm offering a multi-disciplinary service.

I formed Resolve International in 1988 and worked with my fellow directors and colleagues to build a successful company with an organisational flexibility for developing new services.

In May 2001, the company was bought by a PLC with the expectation of increased support with acquisition growth and geographical expansion.

In late 2002, wishing to return to the concept of a flexible organisation with minimal internal bureaucracy, I decided to leave the PLC.

Concordia Consultancy began operations during Autumn 2003. We are an independent and financially sound organisation. We listen to the market and provide services to meet the current and future needs of our clients.

Our central focus is to help parties achieve agreement through maximising communication and minimising confrontation."
