Update: Concordia’s Associate in BVI on standby to assist following Hurricane Irma

Concordia’s Associate in British Virgin Islands, located in Tortola, has confirmed that they are running as normal and ready to attend affected locations and provide claims assistance. According to our local Associate, communication remains limited with telephone lines being restored. At present there is access to the internet allowing for regular contact and running of operations.

Following the tragic events of Hurricane Irma, Concordia’s experienced Global CAT response team is on standby to provide assistance as required, working closely with our Associates in Florida and Caribbean Islands.

In addition, our Compliance team are mobilised and able to assist with any post-storm claim support, claims review, cover holder or TPA assistance.   

From our London, head office we are able to co-ordinate resources and liaise with the UK or International Insurers and Reinsurers as required to provide a full end to end service.
