Houston, Texas, hit by flash flooding following record breaking rainfall

The city of Houston has been hit by flash flooding after 17.2in of rainfall fell on Monday 18th April 2016. Forecasts indicate that the region is to receive further rain over the next 48 hours.
Houston and its residents have suffered damages to their infrastructure, businesses and private properties.
