Top Student Prize Awarded at Nottingham

UniversityConcordia Consultancy offer to sponsor a financial prize at Nottingham University Business School. This year's winner has been announced.
Nottingham University's Centre for Risk & Insurance Studies are pleased to announce that Vivek Goenka has been awarded the Top Student, Concordia Consultancy Limited prize for 2004.
Vivek was awarded the prize as the top student in Nottingham University Business School Master of Arts module on Risk Management in 2004, taking into account both coursework and examination performance.
Vivek chose the course because he feels that the attitude to 'Risk Management' has changed dramatically over the years. In the given business environment, organisations that can accurately assess the risk taking capacity will grow substantially.
Vivek is from India, and has been studying for an MA degree in Finance and Investment during 2003-04. In particular, he has completed a dissertation on "The organisation of economic activity in the north Indian tea industry: a transaction cost study".
Vivek is now currently working in Warren Tea Limited, a tea producing organisation based in Calcutta, India, as the 'Executive Assistant' to the Managing Director.
