Concordia staff are encouraged to pursue professional development by undertaking courses and further qualifications.
Concordia has pledged a commitment to the Aldermanbury Declaration demonstrating our support for the development of the insurance profession. The required framework of qualified staff on the Board and customer-facing Consultants is fulfilled and Concordia's support for professional excellence is shown within it's own team.
A number of academic institutions and business departments are supported by Concordia by being granted post graduate prizes to recognise excellence in dissertations and encourage up coming talent.
